Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics’ (NVD) objective in this animation and others like it is to create a professional eLearning training modules to elevate awareness and drive action as they train Novartis staff in a variety of roles; as well as investigators and sites across the globe. These targeted groups need to understand the changes being made in the way Novartis collects safety data in the field, as well as how data will be analyzed in-house.

The goal is to “make every patient count,” which is why it is critical for staff to be trained to do it right the first time.
