MHBE (Maryland Health Care Benefit Exchange):

This blended learning solution focuses on training MHBE Navigators in the nuances of the State of Maryland’s new Affordable Health Care initiative. This course includes text and graphics, animations, and simulated learning scenarios. Responsibilities included the creation of the artistic style used in all the Flash animations, as well as interactive Flash-based activities and custom graphics, which consisted of hotspot interactions, opening screen animations, slide shows click and reveals and graphical montages.
