This animation was created to illustrate a development process where employees and there managers will rate each other at how well each preforms there job. By filling out questionnaires and ratting each other on the effectiveness of there performance at there positions. By identifying areas of strength as well as areas where improvements can be made. A program then can be created to determine how best to assist the employee

and the manager with growth in those areas.
